Refund policy

At Depot Pump & Supply, we strive to process your order quickly and efficiently. If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds can only be issued if the item has not yet shipped. Once your order has been processed for shipment or has left our facility, it will be subject to our Return Policy guidelines below.

  • All refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover costs and service charges we incur at the time of your transaction. This amount will be deducted from the total refund issued.

  • Alternatively, we offer full-value store credit with no processing fee deduction. This credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Once processed, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

  • If your order has already shipped, please follow the instructions under our Return Policy to initiate a return.

Return Policy

At Depot Pump & Supply, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a package or item that is not in satisfactory condition, please reject the delivery if possible. If rejection isn’t an option, contact us promptly at CustomerServ@depotpump.com or call 1-800-252-6665. Please also review our guidelines below for returning items.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us for authorization.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and guarantees included (same condition it was shipped in).
  • Special-order items, clearance items, and international shipments are non-returnable. For quality and safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns on limited-shelf-life items, including but not limited to O-rings, seals, filters, hoses, and other perishable components.
  • There will be no returns on New or Used Electrical Components, Ultraviolet Sterilizers, UV Lamps and Quartz Sleeves.
  1. Return Authorization (RA):
    • To return an item, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at CustomerServ@depotpump.com.
    • Once you receive the RA, write it clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original invoice inside. Returns without an RA will be rejected.
  2. Condition of Returned Items:
    • All returned items must be in new and resalable condition, free of contamination or damage, and securely packaged.
    • Used, damaged, improperly packaged, or contaminated items will not be accepted.
    • Returned items requiring cleanup or rework will be refused and or not returned to customer.
    • There will be no returns on used filter cartridges.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping, and should use a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
    • If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  4. Restocking Fee:
    • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee or a minimum fee of $24.95, whichever is greater.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Return Timeframe:
    • Once issued, the RA is valid for 14 days. Returned items must arrive within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.
  6. Warranty Returns:
    • Warranty returns are subject to manufacturer approval and are limited to items installed or handled per manufacturer guidelines. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on both the warranty replacement and the return item.
    • Products should be installed by a well water and filtration professional.

Clearance Return Policy

All clearance items, including "scratch and dent" products, are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. While we will honor warranty claims on defective items, clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
